Build games that can leverage touch screen capabilities and maximize 1.0 GHz processor and get the possibility to develop the next Angry Birds

How to Participate

• Register your team to Nokia Store http://info.publish.nokia.com
• Submit Your Publisher Name and Application Name to nokiadeveloperindonesia@yahoogroups.com before 1 February 2012
• You will get email confirmation from Nokia within 24 hours
• Start developing your Games for Nokia Asha 300
• Send your mock up application (screenshot) to Nokia Indonesia before 24:00, 14 February 2012 to receive Nokia Asha 300.
• Nokia Indonesia will send Nokia Asha 300 start from 14 February 2012 to all approved games
• Continue developing your application
• Submit your application to Nokia Store before 24:00, 1 March 2012.
• The winner will be announced at nokiadeveloperindonesia@yahoogroups.com at 15 March 2012.

FAQ

• Can I use same gameplay like Angry Birds?

The challenge is build addictive games that can leverage touch screen capabilities and maximize 1 GHz processor preferably with Indonesian flavor

• Can I use current asset of Angry Birds?

You CAN NOT USE any assets related with Angry Birds including name, character, and their respective trademark

• Can I have more than 2 developers in one team?

Yes you can, but internship only valid for two developers

• How if I can not submit to Nokia Store after deadline?

You have to return Nokia Asha 300, otherwise you can keep it for future development

• How to start developing?

Nokia Asha 300 powered by Series 40 6th Edition, FP 1. Everything that you need to build apps for is here http://www.developer.nokia.com/Develop/Java
